OKLAHOMA CITY–(BUSINESS WIRE)–On May, 17, 2021, BCE-Mach III LLC recently signed a purchase and sale agreement to acquire producing properties in Western and Southern Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle from Cimarex Energy.
